Refund & Return Policy (E-Commerce + Physical Store)
1.1 Overview
We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy, you may be eligible for a return, exchange, or refund under the conditions below.
1.2 Eligibility
A product is eligible for refund or exchange only if:
- You request return within 7 days of delivery/purchase (online or in-store).
- The item is unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original packaging with all tags intact.
- You provide valid proof of purchase (invoice or receipt).
1.3 Refunds
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used within 7–14 business days after receiving the returned item.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective item).
- A processing fee may apply if order fulfilled by third-party delivery.
1.4 Defective, Damaged, Wrong Item
If the product is defective, damaged, or not as advertised, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will inspect and at our discretion:
- Provide a replacement
- Issue a full refund
1.5 Non-Returnable Items
The following are non-returnable:
- Items marked “Final Sale”
- Customized, personalized products
- Hygiene products (where applicable)
- Gift cards or vouchers
1.6 How to Return
- Contact customer support with order number.
- Prepare item in original packaging.
- Ship back or bring to store depending on your purchase method.
